Welcome to 6A Communication Arts with Mrs. Hoven!
 
Hello!  My name is Mrs. Angela Hoven and I teach Communication Arts for team 6A.  I am looking forward to an exciting year with my students.  This is my eighth year in the Hazelwood School District.  I started my career as a Teacher Assistant.  After two years of being an assistant, I became a classroom teacher.  My grade level experiences are sixth, fourth, and fifth grade.  It is wonderful to see so many familar faces in my classes and even the halls! 
A good learning experience is built on a cooperative effort between the teacher, student, and parent(s).  I am so happy to work with you and to watch your child grow throughout middle school!
