As part of the middle school philosophy, we want our students to experience a plethera of activites outside of the school day. Students are encouraged to involve themselves with the many different activites in our building. Our clubs, organization and intramurals (sports) begin at 3:15 p.m. and end at 4:20 p.m. Monday-Friday. Several activity buses will pick students up from our school by 4:30 p.m. and drop them off at the stop closest to their home. However, this may not be the same stop for their regular bus each day. This is a free service for all Hazelwood students. Listed below are several of our clubs, organizations and intramurals available. Click on the calendar to see when to stay for your activity.  Grade level offices will have fliers and more detailed information about each activity.

CLUBS/ORGANIZATIONS:  Science Explorers, Jazz Band, Orchestra, Student Council, Newspaper, National Junior Honor Society (NJHS), NJHS Tutoring, Show Choir, Drama, Guitar, Art, Girls on the Run, Yearbook, Outdoors Club, Sewing Club, Missouri Assessment Program Tutoring, Homework Center, Leadership for Social Justice, Peer Leadership, Yearbook, National Junior Honor Society One-act Plays and Library Media Center Activities, including Book Battle. 

INTRAMURALS: Volleyball, Flag Football, Soccer (indoor and outdoor), Basketball, Badminton, Dodgeball, Floor Hockey and Kickball.
