Lusher Elementary School’s PTA will host “A Night at the Movies” trivia night and silent auction on March 2 to raise funds for a new school playground.
Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the trivia questions begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Hazelwood Community Center, 1186 Teson Road in Hazelwood. This is an adults-only event.
Guests can dress up as one of their favorite movie characters and decorate the tables with movie themes. Guests may also bring their own drinks and snacks. Tickets cost $15 per person or $120 for a table of eight people. Ten “mulligans” (trivia answers) cost $10 at the door. There will be 10 trivia rounds.
There will be prizes awarded for best dressed guests and best table decorations as well as door and attendance prizes, a silent auction and of course trivia. Please write personal checks payable to the Lusher Elementary PTA. Interested parents and patrons who are unable to attend the event are encouraged to donate to the fundraiser.
